2 How fast is the result turn around time?
You will receive your results the same-day of your COVID test appointment.
3 Where do you conduct the test?
The Quantgene offices are located at 2940 Nebraska Ave. Santa Monica, CA 90404. When you arrive at our testing location, you will check-in and remain outside until our nurse is ready to conduct your test. The COVID test will be completed inside the location, one patient at a time.
4 Are your tests compliant for travel?
Our COVID test is conducted by a CLIA certified laboratory and is compliant with CDC and FDA-EUA guidance. Therefore, it does meet most travel requirements but we suggest you reach out to our team to guarantee your travel to specific destinations. 5 Is your test FDA-EUA certified?
Yes, our COVID mid-nasal swab PCR test is FDA-EAU certified.
6 Do you offer antibody testing?
We do not currently offer antibody testing. Quantgene Serenity’s COVID test is a diagnostic (PCR) test for COVID-19.
7 How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?
You can book your appointment at any time prior to testing as long as we have availability.
8 Is there a cancellation fee?
You can cancel your appointment up to 12 hours prior to your appointment time. If you need to cancel your appointment please email email@example.com or call (424) 272-1566.
